Organized at Wilmington, Del., for 30 days' service July 15, 1864. Assigned to 3rd Separate Brigade, 8th Army Corps, Middle Dept. Patrol duty from Middleburg to Hanover July 14-18. In Defences of Baltimore until July 30. Moved to Middleburg, and patrol duty about Middleburg, Liberty, Hanover and Westminster until August 10. Ordered to Wilmington, Del., August 10, and mustered out August 15, 1864.
